Global HR Specialist (US Focus)

About the role

The Global HR Specialist, US will deliver customized HR services that support client retention and growth, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Consult elite HR‑centric clients on compliance, strategic HR needs, and payroll trends.
• Develop and maintain client materials such as handbooks, job descriptions, performance evaluation systems, compensation plans, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and on‑site supervisors to ensure smooth transitions and long‑term partnerships.
• Identify legal and regulatory HR compliance concerns and partner with clients to address them.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of employee relations and federal/state labor laws.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms; familiarity with PRISM, EOR, or PEO preferred.
