Graduate Recruitment & University Relations Manager

About the role

The Graduate Recruitment & University Relations Manager will design, build and lead the company's graduate talent acquisition strategy and university partnership ecosystem across all operating countries. You will create sustainable pipelines of high‑potential graduates, interns and emerging professionals and shape the Group Graduate Academy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract top‑performing graduates from leading universities and build employer branding initiatives on campuses.
• Establish long‑term strategic partnerships with universities, colleges and faculty, including scholarships and curriculum collaboration.
• Design and deliver structured graduate trainee, internship and leadership development programmes.
• Operate the Graduate Academy to provide onboarding, technical and professional development, cross‑functional rotations and business acumen training.
• Use recruitment technologies, ATS platforms and talent analytics tools to monitor pipelines and reduce reliance on external hiring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, Communications or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years progressive experience in talent acquisition, graduate recruitment or university relations, with at least 3 years leading campus hiring programmes.
• Proven track record establishing university partnerships and talent pipelines across multiple countries.
• Experience designing graduate trainee, internship or leadership development programmes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment technologies and ATS platforms.
• Ability to analyse talent data using analytics tools.
