Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will establish and lead the Corporate Academy and University, creating a world‑class learning ecosystem that develops leaders, professionals, technical specialists, and future talent across all business units and countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the Academy and University strategy, multi‑year learning roadmap, and operating model.
• Develop structured learning pathways for new hires, individual contributors, managers, senior leaders, executives, high‑potential talent, and technical specialists.
• Lead the creation of leadership development programs, curriculum architecture, digital learning libraries, and knowledge‑sharing databases.
• Implement and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) and AI‑enabled learning tools.
• Establish partnerships with universities, professional bodies, and certification providers.
• Collaborate with Talent Management to build leadership pipelines, support succession planning, and accelerate high‑potential employee development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years progressive Learning & Development experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise‑wide learning functions.
• Proven experience establishing or transforming a Corporate Academy, University, or Leadership Institute.
• Experience in multi‑country operations and implementing LMS/digital learning ecosystems.
