Graphic Designer

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer based along Mombasa Road. The role covers visual design for digital advertising, social media content and physical branding, working closely with digital marketing managers, copywriters and sales leads.

Key responsibilities

• Create original visuals for digital ads, website banners, landing pages and newsletters, applying strong typography, colour theory, spacing and visual hierarchy.
• Design physical branding such as brochures, product packaging, catalogs, merchandise and exhibition banners.
• Produce tailored assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, and edit short-form video clips, reels and animations with tools such as CapCut.
• Turn commercial briefs into structured marketing campaigns with marketing managers, copywriters and sales leads.
• Protect the brand manual so logos, typography and colour codes are used consistently, and keep a disciplined cloud structure of layered files, templates and vector elements.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Fine Arts or a related field.
• At least 3 years of active, professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Efficient use of Canva for quick template deployment.
• Video editing with CapCut or similar platforms.
