Graphic Designer / Web Designer

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer / Web Designer in Kileleshwa within the solar energy and renewable energy industry. The role covers graphic design and branding, website design and maintenance, and digital and social media content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Create designs for social media, brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, adverts, company profiles and other marketing materials, keeping the company's brand identity consistent.
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for product launches, campaigns, events, exhibitions and sales initiatives.
• Design, update and maintain website pages, landing pages, graphics and banners, and manage content through WordPress or another CMS.
• Use basic HTML/CSS and web design principles to improve presentation, usability and responsiveness.
• Create visual content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels, supporting campaigns, product awareness, lead generation and customer engagement.
• Work with marketing, sales, technical and management teams, manage several projects at once and present design concepts with revisions.
• Strengthen the visual identity across online and offline touchpoints and translate solar and renewable energy concepts into clear communication.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, Digital Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Demonstrable experience creating professional digital and print design materials and designing for social media campaigns.
• Experience managing or updating websites, preferably with WordPress or another CMS.
• Additional training or certification in web design, UI/UX, digital marketing or branding is an added advantage.
