Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a Junior Graphic Designer for its fashion and retail business, based at Alsops (Thika Road). The role covers graphic design, branding, social media content and support for marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphics, promotional artwork, in-store materials and branded assets for digital and print use, including window displays, billboards, posters and point-of-sale materials.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all creative outputs.
• Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms, including stories, carousels and reels edited with CapCut or similar tools.
• Write captions and short-form copy and adapt content across platforms while keeping a consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts for campaigns, promotions and product launches.
• Coordinate with printers, suppliers and partners to deliver print and digital materials on time and to spec.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing and content creation.
• Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Portfolio showing graphic design, social media content and digital campaigns (mandatory).
• Experience in fashion or retail marketing is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Canva and CapCut or equivalent design and video-editing tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
