About the role

The Group Lending Loan Officer will promote group loan products across the Mt. Kenya region, recruit and educate borrower groups, and assess loan applications. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with Brisk Credit, focused on expanding the company’s group lending portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Promote and market group loan products to potential borrower groups.
Recruit, train, and support borrower groups throughout the loan cycle.
Assess loan applications, maintain accurate lending records, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in group lending.
