Head of Sales & Marketing

About the role

The Head of Sales & Marketing will shape and execute the commercial strategy for a leading facilities management provider in East Africa, driving revenue growth, brand visibility and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets and expand market share, including new market penetration and service diversification.
• Champion brand identity across regions, oversee integrated marketing campaigns, and conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Build, mentor and retain high‑performing sales, account management and digital marketing teams, establishing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Lead annual business planning, budgeting, revenue forecasting and ensure compliance with tender processes and corporate reporting.
• Strengthen key client relationships, implement advanced CRM systems and drive customer retention and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 4 years in senior commercial management.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion and successful brand execution.
• Strong background in facilities management or B2B service industries preferred.
