Healthcare Business Development Executive

About the role

ResQ247 is building a continent‑wide Healthcare Operating System that connects hospitals, clinics, labs, pharmacies, ambulance services and more across East Africa. As a Healthcare Business Development Executive on the founding team, you will drive the adoption of this platform by forging strategic partnerships with key health‑sector stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, insurers, NGOs, mental‑health providers, ambulance services and county governments.
• Convert initial conversations into pilot projects and pilot projects into signed partnership agreements.
• Own the full sales pipeline from outreach to closed deal.
• Represent ResQ247 at health‑sector events, forums and conferences.
• Gather field feedback and relay insights to product and scaling teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare business development, medical sales, or health informatics.
• Public‑health background with strong commercial instincts.
• Existing network within healthcare institutions and senior decision‑makers.
• Self‑directed and able to manage own schedule without supervision.
