Home Strategic Amplification & Regional Growth Manager

About the role

The Home Strategic Amplification & Regional Growth Manager reports to the Home Value & Growth Segment Lead and is responsible for translating national Home priorities into locally relevant, partner‑enabled initiatives that drive market penetration, trust, adoption and portfolio value.

Key responsibilities

• Convert approved Home strategies into regional market opportunities, estate routes, community activations and dealer ecosystems.
• Leverage micro‑segmentation, household personas and regional insights to design execution plans for awareness, qualification, installation and activation.
• Mobilise regional teams, developers, property managers, digital channels and frontline staff to move households through the full customer journey.
• Measure commercial outcomes such as Smart Living attachment, financial services uptake, loyalty participation and retention.
• Collaborate with partners to showcase solutions and create measurable growth metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in turning strategic priorities into actionable regional programmes.
• Strong understanding of community‑led activation, partner ecosystems and retail routes.
• Ability to analyse regional data, segment households and develop targeted growth missions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
