Hospitality Auditor – Luxury Service Evaluations

About the role

White Glove Consultancy is seeking a full‑time Auditor to join its Nairobi team. The role focuses on conducting mystery audits and service evaluations across luxury hospitality properties, helping clients achieve measurable service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site mystery audits and structured service evaluations using company checklists and digital tools.
• Analyse guest‑experience touchpoints, identify performance gaps and benchmark against brand standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations and present findings to client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client teams to clarify results, support implementation of service standards and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation, ensure confidentiality of client information and contribute insights to broader consulting projects.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and observational abilities with a keen eye for service quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and presentations.
• Solid understanding of hospitality operations, guest‑experience principles and luxury brand standards.
• High professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling sensitive data.
• Ability to travel across Nairobi County, manage time effectively and adapt to diverse environments.
• Relevant academic background in Hospitality Management, Business or related field; certifications in auditing or quality assurance are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using digital survey or audit platforms.
• Basic competence with standard office software and spreadsheets.
