Hospitality Tutor – Full‑time Teaching Position

About the role
The Hospitality Tutor will deliver both theoretical and practical training in hospitality management and food production to students at Amboseli Institute.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality theoretical and practical training in assigned hospitality units.
- Teach relevant Hospitality Management units and supervise Food Production practical sessions.
- Prepare course outlines, schemes of work, lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Set, administer and mark continuous assessments, practical assessments, examinations and other student assessments.
Required profile
- A Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food Production, Culinary Arts or a closely related field from a recognised institution.
- Demonstrable ability to teach both Hospitality Management/theory units and Food Production practicals.
- Previous teaching experience in a college, TVET institution or hospitality training environment is highly desirable.
