HR Business Lead

About the role

The HR Business Lead works directly with the Chief People Officer (CPO) at PATH, a global nonprofit focused on health equity. This high‑visibility position blends executive support, strategic communications, HR reporting, and project coordination, leveraging AI tools to automate routine tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CPO’s calendar, travel, and expense submissions, and act as the point of contact for signing authority matters.
• Research and transform verbal directions into board‑ready decks, memos, and analyses, using AI for drafting.
• Coordinate board and governance materials, track versions, and meet deadlines.
• Own HR Leadership Team meetings – scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action‑item tracking.
• Provide insights from HR metrics reports (headcount, turnover, time‑to‑fill, engagement, compensation ratios) and build ad‑hoc reports.
• Maintain live dashboards of major HR initiatives, decision‑tracking systems, and the HR rhythm of business tracker.
• Lead HR communications, including full ownership of the HR newsletter.
• Design and run quarterly HR Leadership Team retreats, handling content, logistics, facilitation, and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, consulting, executive support, or corporate strategy.
• Experience supporting senior executives directly is preferred.
• Strong English fluency and proven discretion with confidential information.
• Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and a resourceful, reliable work style.
• Legal authorization to work in the listed country locations.

Required skills
