Recruiter (Full Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Recruiter based in Kenya to join our global Talent Acquisition team. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and delivering an outstanding candidate experience for our international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Screen applications, identify high‑potential candidates and conduct first‑round interviews.
• Administer written assessments, coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Keep accurate recruitment records and partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, candidate experience and support apprenticeship programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 1 PM–10 PM EAT to support Americas‑based operations.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, accountable, collaborative team player with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
