HR Experience Specialist (Germany)

About the role

Deel is seeking an HR Experience Specialist to lead compliant HR operations for its Employees of Record in Germany. You will act as the local subject‑matter expert, ensuring smooth onboarding, off‑boarding and day‑to‑day employee administration while aligning with German employment law.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with German labor regulations and internal HR policies.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes for Employees of Record, including contracts, HR letters, and system enrollments.
• Process leave requests, amendments, and other administrative tasks.
• Audit and update internal HR knowledge bases and external compliance resources.
• Support clients and internal teams on HR queries and mass onboarding/off‑boarding projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations or employee administration within Germany.
• Strong understanding of German employment legislation and payroll requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of German labor law.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms.
• Familiarity with employee onboarding and off‑boarding workflows.
