HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist

About the role

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist to configure, customize, and optimize our HubSpot platform across sales, marketing, service, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize HubSpot CRM to align with business processes, including contacts, companies, deals, tickets, pipelines, properties, and custom fields.
• Create, configure, and optimize sales and marketing automation workflows, email templates, landing pages, forms, and lead capture systems.
• Import, clean, organize, and migrate data from existing systems into HubSpot, and set up lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle stages.
• Integrate HubSpot with third‑party applications such as Outlook, Gmail, Zapier, and other business tools.
• Establish user roles, permissions, and account settings, and train team members on best practices.
• Document processes, workflows, system configurations, and best practices, and support ongoing optimization and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing, configuring, and managing HubSpot CRM, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM customization, data migration, and automated workflow creation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to recommend process improvements.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities, capable of working independently from start to finish.
