Human Feedback Contributor

About the role

Tech Pipeline is seeking a Human Feedback Contributor to help verify data and logic in client workflows. You will work remotely with the operations team to spot and correct errors that automated systems miss, ensuring information flows accurately across business tools.

Key responsibilities

• Review and label data points to confirm they follow the intended business logic.
• Identify inconsistencies in database records and flag them for manual correction or system adjustment.
• Compare outcomes from different automation configurations to determine the most reliable result.
• Write clear notes explaining why data was flagged, aiding engineers in tool refinement.
• Verify that automated document summaries retain essential facts and context.
• Update internal guides and SOPs as new edge cases are discovered.
• Test new routing rules in internal software to ensure correct information delivery.

Required profile

• Highly observant and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable performing repetitive, task‑focused work.
• Honest communicator who can highlight broken processes.
• Ability to stay focused on high‑quality output over long periods.
