Human Resource Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Assistant to support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and daily employee‑related activities. You will ensure accurate records, compliance, and provide essential administrative support to the HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and other employee data.
• Support employee relations and respond to HR queries.
• Help with performance management and staff engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and keep HR databases up to date.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of KSh 40,000–60,000 gross per month.
