Human Resource Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Officer to join our team. The role is ideal for an HR professional with solid recruitment experience and hands‑on exposure across the employee lifecycle, from attraction to development and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality talent.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programmes.
• Identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives.
• Oversee performance management processes, including reviews and Performance Improvement Plans.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases with strict confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and HR best practices.
• Prepare HR reports and track key metrics to aid business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer with end‑to‑end recruitment exposure.
• Working knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
• CHRP certification is an advantage.
