Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR functions for Turnpo Lifestyle Bakers, ensuring a fair, safe and engaging workplace. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Emali and reports to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning to meet staffing needs.
• Oversee performance management, employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and compliance practices.
• Administer compensation, benefits and basic payroll coordination.
• Ensure health, safety and labour‑law compliance across the organisation.

Required profile

• Prior experience in HR management or generalist roles, preferably in manufacturing, food production or retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
