About the role

We are seeking a passionate Recruiter based in Kenya to join our global Talent Acquisition team. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and high‑quality hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Screen applications, conduct first‑round interviews and evaluate written assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Provide timely updates and professional closure to unsuccessful applicants.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, interview notes and candidate tracking in internal systems.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment projects.
• Identify and implement improvements to sourcing strategies, recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Support Apprenticeship Programs and other talent‑acquisition initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Prior experience in full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proactive, accountable, collaborative and focused on continuous improvement.
