IAM Enterprise Architect (AI)

About the role

Standard Chartered is seeking an IAM Enterprise Architect with a focus on AI to join its Identity & Access Management team within the Information & Cyber Security portfolio. The role will shape the strategic direction for managing identities in an AI‑driven ecosystem, ensuring secure interactions between humans and AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision, architectural patterns, and control frameworks for AI‑driven identity management.
• Secure the Human‑to‑AI interface and manage the identities of autonomous AI agents.
• Ensure AI model training and inference processes adhere to Zero Trust principles.
• Collaborate with business and technology functions to drive transformation and improve customer experiences.
• Apply agile methodology to accelerate delivery and embed continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IAM Enterprise Architect with a focus on AI identity security.
• Strategic, delivery‑driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work across global teams and influence architectural decisions.
