ICT & Graphic Design Officer

About the role

The ICT & Graphic Design Officer will ensure the smooth operation of the company’s IT infrastructure while creating compelling visual content that supports marketing and brand initiatives. Reporting to the CEO, the role blends technical support with creative design to enhance both internal efficiency and external brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Provide ICT support across all departments, including troubleshooting and user account management.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and recommend technology improvements.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and posters.
• Create digital content for websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Develop presentations, reports, and corporate branding assets.
• Produce graphics for product packaging and promotional campaigns.
• Support photography, videography, and multimedia production.
• Maintain the company website and other digital platforms.
• Ensure data backup, cybersecurity, and system integrity.
• Coordinate ICT equipment maintenance and software licensing.
• Train staff on ICT systems and digital tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
• Formal qualification in Graphic Design.
• Minimum three years of ICT experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, network administration, and website management.
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting.
• Photography and videography skills are an advantage.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing.
