Implementation Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding and implementation projects from start to finish. The role ensures a smooth transition for new customers by establishing effective operational processes and delivering high‑quality outcomes on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, managing scope, timeline and quality.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and documentation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams to deliver project milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Conduct kickoff meetings, gather requirements and perform follow‑up activities.
• Translate client needs into operational workflows, system configurations, testing and validation.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, mitigate and resolve project risks or issues proactively.
• Report progress to leadership and escalate critical risks when necessary.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to best‑practice SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in implementation, project or account management.
• Advanced English proficiency (score 9‑10).
• Ability to work night shifts (Kenya time zone) and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and client‑management skills.
