About the role
The Inside Sales Representative will manage a portfolio of selected reseller accounts, building strong relationships with key clients to drive sales of Epson’s product range. You will work closely with partners to grow accounts, achieve performance targets and support the company’s market expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage selected non‑field‑managed reseller accounts and maintain regular contact.
- Achieve KPIs such as 40% year‑on‑year account growth, talk‑time and call targets.
- Cold‑call prospective resellers, qualify leads and guide them through to closure.
- Upsell and cross‑sell Epson products, helping partners meet rebate programmes.
- Identify resellers for promotion to “Field Managed” status and for Plus Silver accreditation.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts, involving business unit heads for large opportunities.
- Represent Epson at trade shows, exhibitions and solution briefings as required.
