About the role

Generation Kenya is seeking an enthusiastic Instructor to lead Digital Marketing and Digital Customer Service training for its learners. You will work within the Generation methodology to help participants acquire practical skills that lead to meaningful employment.

Key responsibilities

Deliver training sessions on Digital Marketing and Digital Customer Service following the approved curriculum.
Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship to learners throughout the program.
Collaborate with internal teams to mobilise, recruit and engage participants for upcoming training cohorts.
Assist with program administration, including basic reporting and documentation.

Required profile

Proven experience in digital marketing and digital customer service.
Demonstrated ability to teach or train adult learners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
