About the role

Join Old Mutual Life Assurance Kenya as an Integrated Financial Advisor and help individuals, families, and businesses secure their financial future. You will build relationships, provide tailored financial advice, and grow your own client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through networking and referrals.
• Provide professional financial planning and advisory services across life insurance, investment, pension, education, and wealth management solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and deliver after‑sales service, policy reviews, and ongoing financial guidance.
• Achieve individual sales and business development targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Located within Eldoret for field activation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
