International Sales – eGov & Digital Identity Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior International Sales professional to lead our go‑to‑market efforts for e‑Governance and Digital Public Infrastructure solutions across Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The role combines strategic partner development, direct sales, and deep domain expertise in national ID and financial inclusion ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a global partner strategy for identity and e‑Gov solutions, onboarding system integrators and technology alliances.
• Drive revenue growth in MEA, Africa, and Southeast Asia by identifying opportunities in digital public infrastructure, national ID programs, and financial inclusion.
• Lead business development around MOSIP‑based identity platforms, trust frameworks, and secure authentication ecosystems.
• Build relationships with banks, central banks, fintechs, and regulators to expand banking and financial inclusion offerings.
• Maintain executive‑level relationships with government authorities, financial institutions, and technology partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform product and sales strategy.
• Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, and negotiations, collaborating with pre‑sales and product teams.
• Own and achieve assigned international revenue targets through direct and partner‑led channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in international sales for e‑Governance, digital identity, or financial inclusion solutions.
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems in Africa and emerging markets.
• Strong network with government bodies, regulators, and financial institutions.
• Excellent strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
