Junior Sales Executive (Interior Design)

About the role

Career Directions Limited is looking for a dynamic Junior Sales Executive with a strong foundation in interior design to lead client engagement. The role bridges design sensibility with strategic sales, so that every client receives tailored solutions that elevate their spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of custom furniture solutions by understanding client needs and turning them into design-forward proposals.
• Lead consultations with residential and commercial clients, advising on furniture styles, finishes and layout.
• Work closely with design and production teams to ensure orders are feasible and delivered on time.
• Develop and run sales strategies to grow revenue and market reach.
• Build long-term client relationships through excellent service and consistent follow-up.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and share insights and recommendations with leadership.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, design expos and client events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
• 2-3 years' proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, interior design or luxury goods; sales experience is a must.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning and material selection.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle several projects and client expectations at once.
• Passion for design, craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
• An interior design background is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Design software such as Canva, SketchUp or similar.
