Key Account Manager

About the role

Africa Global Logistics is hiring a Key Account Manager in Nairobi, Kenya, through Corporate Staffing Services. The role is full time, middle level and on-site, and covers managing key client relationships, analysing account performance, identifying business opportunities, developing account strategies, conducting account reviews and preparing sales reports.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a link between the company and key clients to improve their satisfaction and retention.
• Analyse and profile client accounts by performance, value and potential, and generate periodic reports.
• Identify the key clients' main needs and ensure they receive first-class service.
• Develop and implement a strategy for managing key accounts.
• Run regular customer satisfaction surveys and make improvements.
• Develop pricing structures for key clients and resolve disputes to retain them.
• Conduct account reviews and client visits to target prospects.
• Analyse and adapt strategies to changing business trends.
• Generate weekly sales reports and submit them to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing.
• At least five years of experience in sales, marketing or a related field.
