Land Sales Representatives (10 Needed)

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring ten full-time Land Sales and Marketing Representatives in Karen, Kenya, within the real estate sector. The role covers generating and closing land sales, managing client relationships and handling sales documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, qualify and convert high-value leads into closed land sales, meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Organize and lead client site visits, presenting value propositions, infrastructure developments and investment potential.
• Structure sales offers, handle objections, negotiate terms and close land purchase agreements.
• Consult with prospective investors on their portfolio goals and recommend suitable land options.
• Nurture long-term relationships with clients, high-net-worth individuals and diaspora investors to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Support customers through title processing, payment completion and onboarding.
• Promote listings and hold walkthroughs on social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Represent the company at real estate expos, networking events and client meetings in Kenya and possibly abroad.
• Maintain client records, pipeline activities and conversion metrics in the CRM system.
• Complete and archive sales documents (Letter of Offer, Sale Agreements, KYC documents) in line with policy and real estate regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Valid passport, to allow possible international sales travel or diaspora engagements.
• At least five years of proven sales experience, heavily focused on real estate land and plot sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Deep knowledge of the Kenyan real estate landscape, property trends, land conveyance procedures, title deeds and legal requirements.
