Lead Generation Executive – Business Development

About the role

Altima Africa is seeking a Lead Generation Executive to build a high‑quality pipeline of prospective clients for its consulting, leadership development and HR advisory services. The role will be the first point of contact with senior business leaders, creating meaningful conversations that uncover opportunities for the firm’s expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify organisations across key sectors such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, FMCG, Healthcare, Public Sector, Education, Telecommunications, Energy and Development.
• Target companies undergoing strategic transformation, leadership transitions, culture change or performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a structured CRM pipeline with accurate opportunity tracking and regular reporting.
• Qualify prospects against Altima Africa’s service portfolio before handing them to consulting or commercial teams.
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using LinkedIn, email and telephone outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior executives to generate long‑term partnership opportunities.
