Lead Generator – Asset Based Finance Sales

About the role

The Lead Generator will drive sales of Asset Based Finance (ABF) products to retail and business banking customers, supporting Absa’s growth strategy in Kenya. You will be responsible for generating high‑quality leads, converting them into sales, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and sell ABF products while cross‑selling other Absa banking services.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert them into successful sales.
• Participate in ABF product campaigns, clearly explaining parameters to customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for specific campaigns and overall ABF sales.
• Maintain sales performance statistics for management reporting.
• Complete account opening documentation, perform financial analysis, and submit applications for processing.
• Handle customer queries and complaints related to ABF, escalating unresolved issues as needed.
• Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure swift resolution of escalated matters.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, risk‑management frameworks, and Absa policies.
