Life Insurance Sales (Commission Based) – Thika

About the role

Jubilee Insurance is seeking full‑time, on‑site Life Insurance Sales agents for its Thika Town branch. The position is commission‑based, with earnings tied to monthly sales performance and additional incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through referrals, networking and other channels.
• Schedule meetings, conduct needs analysis and present suitable life‑insurance products.
• Achieve weekly sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic, sales discipline and ability to follow proven daily routines.
• Independent and team‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting sales and income targets.
• At least one year of experience in life‑insurance sales in Kenya is preferred.

Required skills

• Prospecting, client acquisition and referral generation.
• Needs analysis, product presentation and sales onboarding.
• Possession of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP), ECOP, Diploma in Insurance, or a current 2025 IRA licence, or willingness to join the sales trainee programme.
