Litigation Attorney – Ohio

About the role

Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking a recently licensed attorney with at least three years of litigation experience to join its Ohio Litigation Team. The role involves handling a variety of civil matters in a fast‑paced environment, supporting senior partners and contributing to case strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth legal research and draft memoranda.
• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and coordinate with several attorneys.
• Assist in case preparation, discovery, and trial support.
• Maintain high ethical standards and ensure compliance with procedural rules.

Required profile

• Bar admission and three or more years of litigation experience.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong project‑management capabilities.
