Logistics & Warehouse Executive

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Logistics & Warehouse Executive to lead our warehouse operations in Nairobi. The role is responsible for maintaining high inventory accuracy, ensuring on‑time order fulfilment and optimizing transport routes while keeping costs under control.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy of at least 98% through regular stock counts and proper storage practices.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, stock control and order fulfilment processes to achieve OTIF of 95% or higher.
• Plan deliveries, manage transport operations and continuously optimise routing.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives, improve productivity and minimise waste or damages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Supervise, coach and evaluate warehouse staff, including performance monitoring and training.
• Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and generate operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
