Managing Director – New International Markets

About the role

InGenius Prep is seeking an entrepreneurial executive to drive the next phase of its international growth. As Managing Director – New International Markets you will own the commercial success of a portfolio of high‑performing markets while identifying fresh opportunities worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute commercial strategy, operational performance and P&L for multiple international markets.
• Lead, develop and scale an established high‑performing team, recruiting new talent as the business expands.
• Identify, evaluate and launch new market opportunities aligned with long‑term growth plans.
• Drive revenue growth through sales, business development, marketing and strategic partnerships.
• Build and nurture relationships with schools, educational organisations, corporate partners and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the COO, Co‑founder and executive team to shape and implement expansion strategy.
• Support major commercial opportunities and executive‑level relationships to accelerate success.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading high‑growth commercial organisations with responsibility for revenue and business performance.
• Experience managing and developing high‑performing teams across multiple regions.
• Strong background in business development, sales leadership, strategic partnerships and market expansion.
• Demonstrated ability to own or influence regional P&L and meet ambitious growth targets.
• Strategic thinker comfortable with long‑term planning and hands‑on execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with executive presence.
• Experience in education, admissions consulting, study abroad or related international education sectors is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Mandarin language skills welcomed but not required.
