Marketing Manager – Kenya (Kiambu)

HomeBiogas Kenya is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead local marketing activities and expand impact across rural and semi‑rural communities. You will turn strong product benefits and real customer stories into clear, emotional campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and build brand trust.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing plans that support sales growth across Kenya.
• Craft compelling storytelling around customer impact, cost savings, clean cooking, bio‑fertiliser and sustainability.
• Create and manage content for social media, digital campaigns, field marketing, videos, posters and sales collateral.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to design lead‑generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.
• Support product launches in new regions, hubs and partnership initiatives.
• Manage relationships with local agencies, designers, photographers, videographers and media suppliers as needed.
• Track campaign performance, analyse results and optimise based on data.
• Ensure all marketing materials are clear, consistent and aligned with the HomeBiogas brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, content creation or brand‑related roles.
• Strong storytelling ability and proven content‑creation skills.
• Experience managing social‑media channels, campaigns and marketing assets.
• Ability to work closely with sales teams and understand field realities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Practical, hands‑on mindset with a senior‑level perspective.
