About the role
Stratostaff East Africa is hiring a Marshal Supervisor in Nairobi. The role covers overall coordination of marshaling services and driver-related activities, including inductions, training and road safety reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate marshaling services overall
- Handle drivers' induction for new drivers, refreshers and the shipment team
- Deliver bulker drivers training and toolbox talks to drivers and the Stratostaff EA Limited team
- Prepare drivers' passes, update details in the database and file documents
- Prepare monthly road safety reports
- Take part in road patrols and premise/checkpoint audits
Required profile
- K.C.S.E certificate or its equivalent
- Diploma in a relevant field
