Mission Integration Specialist / Joint Fires Targeting Specialist – Top Secret/SCI

About the role

As a Mission Integration Specialist / Joint Fires Targeting Specialist you will support a high‑priority Special Operations mission in the continental United States. The role sits at the core of operational planning, integrating intelligence, joint fires and operational effects to enable decision‑makers in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the Joint Interagency Task Force targeting process, developing and synchronising targeting products.
• Maintain and disseminate joint target lists while de‑conflicting activities across supported organisations.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise in joint targeting during strategic and operational planning.
• Develop lethal and non‑lethal targeting options for Operational Planning Teams.
• Prepare and brief targeting products for the Joint Operational Planning Process.
• Fuse intelligence from multiple classified sources to generate actionable target recommendations.
• Utilise JWICS and other classified intelligence systems for target development and analysis.
• Support mission planning through all phases of the targeting cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience supporting joint targeting or joint fires planning, preferably within Special Operations.
• Current active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Ability to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JWICS and other classified intelligence databases.
• Experience managing the full targeting cycle for lethal and non‑lethal effects.
• Strong intelligence‑fusion and target‑development capabilities.
• Technical expertise in joint targeting and joint fires planning.
