About the role
The Ward Security Officer will be responsible for safeguarding the Ward Office of Hon. Wanjiru Winnie Wambui. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures the security of premises, assets and personnel within a county government environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prevent removal of office property without proper documentation.
- Oversee overall security of the Ward Office, including access control.
- Check windows, doors and entrances to ensure they are secured.
- Control admittance of persons to the premises.
- Inspect fire hazards and other safety matters.
- Report and document security incidents to the Ward Office Personal Assistant.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Member.
Required profile
- Adult Kenyan citizen.
- Basic education.
- Experience in security matters is an added advantage.
