Motorbike Delivery Rider

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Motorbike Delivery Rider based in Ruiru. The rider picks up and delivers orders, plans efficient routes and provides courteous customer service, while keeping the motorcycle in good condition and following safety rules.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders accurately and within the required timelines, verify delivery details and obtain proof of delivery where required.
• Plan efficient routes, knowing Nairobi roads and traffic patterns well, and report delivery challenges promptly.
• Interact with customers courteously, handle deliveries carefully and represent the company positively.
• Inspect the motorbike daily, keep it clean, report mechanical issues and ensure scheduled servicing.
• Follow traffic laws, wear protective gear, safeguard company property and goods, and comply with company policies.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and submit completed documentation on time.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a motorbike delivery rider.
• Valid motorcycle licence with a clean riding record.
• Good knowledge of Nairobi routes and ability to work independently.
• Professional, responsible and punctual, with good communication and customer service skills.

Required skills

• Strong navigation skills.
• Basic motorcycle maintenance knowledge.
• Time management and reliability.
