Office Manager – Nairobi Office Liaison

About the role

The Office Manager will serve as the main point of contact between LG Electronics' Nairobi subsidiary office and the authorized distributor in Sudan. This position ensures smooth operational coordination, supports commercial performance, and drives sales growth and marketing execution through the distributor.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between LG Electronics Nairobi Office and the local authorized distributor in Sudan.
• Coordinate and follow up on communications, directives, and requests from the Regional/Subsidiary Office.
• Align distributor activities with LG policies, operating guidelines, and contractual arrangements.
• Consolidate and submit distributor reports, including sales updates, market intelligence, and operational feedback.
• Coordinate regional visits, business reviews, and cross‑functional meetings involving sales and marketing teams.
• Escalate operational, compliance, or execution challenges to the Nairobi office for guidance and resolution.
• Maximize sales initiatives through the distributor in line with LG’s SKD and CBU business models.
• Facilitate implementation of LG‑driven sales programs, product launches, and marketing initiatives in‑country.
• Monitor and report distributor sales performance by Business Unit, product category, and SKD/CBU streams.
• Support forecasting and demand planning inputs in coordination with Supply Chain and Sales teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, correspondence, and records related to distributor coordination and office operations.
