About the role

Crimson Education is seeking experienced Olympiad Competition Tutors to work with high‑achieving students worldwide. Tutors will guide learners through advanced Olympiad curricula, helping them develop the analytical and problem‑solving abilities required for national and international competitions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, high‑quality tutoring sessions focused on Olympiad‑level content.
• Customize instruction to each student’s current level and competition goals.
• Teach advanced problem‑solving strategies and deepen conceptual understanding across the chosen subject.
• Track student progress, set clear study objectives, and provide ongoing feedback between sessions.
• Recommend and review practice materials, mock exams, and preparation resources.

Required profile

• Deep subject‑matter expertise at a college level with proven Olympiad‑level mastery.
• Experience competing in, coaching, or teaching national or international Olympiads.
• Passion for academic competitions and ability to inspire top‑performing students.
• Master’s degree preferred, though exceptional expertise may substitute.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge in one or more Olympiad subjects (e.g., mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, humanities).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
