About the role

Join Crimson Global Academy as an Online Teacher for Junior High Life Science (Grade 6). You will lead live, interactive classes for motivated students worldwide, using CGA’s technology platform to spark curiosity about cells, organisms, ecosystems and the living world.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality live lessons tailored to a diverse, international student group.
• Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and digital tools to create an interactive online classroom.
• Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adapt instruction to ensure strong learning outcomes.
• Develop and communicate clear course schedules, lesson content, and assessment timelines.
• Assign meaningful homework, design assessments, and give constructive feedback.
• Create high‑quality educational materials, including tests and exams, for CGA’s resource library.
• Manage the online classroom on Canvas, keeping assignments and assessments well‑organized.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a middle/junior high school setting (Grades 6‑8).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Life Science, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and the CGA team.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for technology‑enabled education.
• Knowledge of US middle‑school curriculum and age‑appropriate teaching approaches.
