Operations Lead

About the role

The Operations Lead serves as the operational backbone of Lolla Technologies, ensuring revenue converts to cash, service delivery meets SLA standards, and internal processes run with discipline. This role coordinates across Product, Customer Success, Business Development, Finance, HR, and Engineering to drive cross‑functional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing accuracy and timeliness via Delytt, manage collections discipline, and reduce debt aging.
• Monitor and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and produce monthly cash runway and aging reports.
• Govern SLA compliance, track critical support escalations, and conduct weekly SLA performance reviews.
• Ensure office operations, vendor management, procurement, asset tracking, and documentation are efficient and compliant.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with ABNO HR, track leave/attendance, and interface with accounting for revenue reconciliation.
• Prepare weekly operational dashboards, present collections, SLA, and cash metrics to leadership, and escalate operational risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in operations, revenue operations, finance operations or business administration.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, hospitality‑tech or SME‑facing tech environments is preferred.
• Proven track record managing collections and enforcing process discipline.
