About the role

Amaica The Restaurant Limited, a hospitality brand known for authentic African cultural dining with several Nairobi outlets, is looking for an Operations Manager to lead and improve its Food & Beverage operations across all outlets. The role is full time and on site in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and coordinate teams
  • Improve business processes and manage resources
  • Ensure the organisation meets its performance targets

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field
  • At least 8 years' experience in Food & Beverage operations, including at least 5 years in a senior management role
  • Proven multi-outlet restaurant experience

Required skills

  • Commercial acumen, leadership and digital reporting skills
  • Knowledge of operational SOPs, inventory management, procurement and cost control
