About the role
The Operator, Dispatcher / Operations Assistant supports the execution of logistics operations for Africa Global Logistics in Nairobi. The role involves coordinating dispatch schedules, managing vehicle and driver assignments, and ensuring timely delivery tracking.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatch schedules, assign vehicles and drivers, and track deliveries.
- Prepare operational documents, update records, and resolve transport delays with relevant teams.
- Support execution of assigned ANT jobs, ensuring documentation complies with SOPs and company policy.
- Handle physical and online archiving of ANT files, coordinating with file operators and supervisors.
- Support administrative requirements of ANT facilities, including ordering office supplies and coordinating service providers for maintenance.
- Assist with general approved activities such as travel arrangements, taxi bookings, and petty cash management.
Required profile
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in dispatch or operations support.
