Operator – Logistics Planning & Documentation

About the role

The Operator – Logistics Planning & Documentation will coordinate logistics schedules, prepare shipping and transport documents, and liaise with drivers, customers, and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Nairobi and supports both CFAO and ANT logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stocking roles, including TALO/CAD/CAM chassis upload and SAP PO creation, goods receipt and invoice processing.
• Conduct monthly stock take, audit CFAO stocks before and reconcile after stock take.
• Process customs duty payments, validate customs agent declarations and prepare payment requests.
• Handle invoice processing for port, ex‑warehouse, warehouse, accessory and transport invoices, including ANT invoices.
• Plan and track logistics in line with CFAO sales and operations, monitoring intermediate inventory movements.
• Maintain file management and archiving of CFAO and ANT logistics documents using SPOT, EDOC and other approved systems.
• Act as systems super‑user, leading deployment and sustainment of Yard Management System, Synertrade, TALO and ANATA.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, forwarding or documentation.
• Proven ability to work with drivers, customers and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Required skills

• SAP PO creation and invoice processing.
