Part-time Physics Teacher – Kabupaten Tana Toraja

About the role

Ruangguru is looking for a motivated part‑time teacher to join its English Academy in Kabupaten Tana Toraja. You will deliver live English lessons to students of various ages, support their learning journey, and collaborate with fellow Master Teachers.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English classes directly to students across different education levels.
• Provide coaching sessions, act as a buddy and role model for other Master Teachers, and help improve teaching effectiveness.
• Consult with students and parents together with a Student Advisor to recommend suitable learning pathways and maintain engagement for renewal.
• Run Homework Clinics to assist students with academic challenges and offer appropriate solutions.
• Participate in trial classes, share best practices with regional teams, and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Meet the minimum required number of trial and regular teaching sessions.
• Maintain good relationships with branch staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop learning materials and assignments that align with the curriculum and enhance student outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a subject relevant to the teaching position.
• Experience teaching very young learners is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to try new teaching methods.
• Availability to teach at the selected Ruangguru English Academy branch.
